Website Purpose
This website provides general information about residential frost-protection services in and around Green Valley, Arizona. Website content is for informational purposes and may be changed or removed at any time.
Estimates and Service Agreements
Submitting a website, Facebook, or Instagram form, requesting an estimate, calling, or emailing us does not create a customer relationship, reserve service, or obligate Verde Guard to perform work. Any estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change after a property visit, measurements, access review, or evaluation of site conditions.
Actual services, pricing, payment terms, scheduling, activation rules, cancellations, customer responsibilities, and other service-specific terms will be governed by a separate written proposal or customer service agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for the covered services.
Online Plant Assessments and Uploaded Materials
You may include multiple plants in one assessment request. Each plant should have its own accurate measurements, location information, and clear photographs. You confirm that you have the right to submit all photographs and information provided and that they do not unlawfully infringe another person’s privacy or rights.
Plant identification, recommended protection temperatures, cover sizing, service recommendations, and pricing provided from photographs or customer-supplied information are preliminary. Accuracy depends on image quality, measurements, plant condition, exposure, microclimate, and other facts that may not be visible remotely. Verde Guard may request additional photographs, measurements, or an on-site review and may revise or decline an assessment or estimate.
An online assessment is not a diagnosis of plant disease or health, a guarantee of species identification, a guarantee that a cover will fit, or a guarantee against frost or other damage. A quote is not final and does not reserve service until Verde Guard confirms availability and the parties complete any required proposal, agreement, or payment.
Frost, Weather, and Plant Risks
Frost protection is intended to reduce risk; it cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee that plants, landscaping, irrigation systems, structures, or other property will avoid damage. Weather conditions can change quickly, forecasts can be inaccurate, and results may be affected by plant species, age, health, location, exposure, irrigation, microclimates, access, equipment, and other conditions outside our control.
Website content is not a substitute for professional horticultural, meteorological, engineering, legal, or insurance advice. Verde Guard is not an emergency service.
Communications
When you submit contact information, you authorize Verde Guard to contact you by phone, email, or text as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule service, provide service updates, or address an account matter. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase. You may ask us to stop nonessential marketing messages, although we may still send service or transaction-related communications.
Payments and Third-Party Services
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their terms and privacy practices apply to information they process.
